We recognise that Our Staff are the most important asset to create a happy and caring environment for our residents. For this reason, Corner Lodge invests in a structured training and development programme. All carers are either working towards or have already achieved NVQ levels 2 and 3. We provide a wide range of training some of which are listed below to all staff members in order to ensure and maintain high levels of standard of care at all times.
